If there is a teaching of Jesus that indicates He wanted us to not have more than one wife it would be these two scriptures.  could anyone tell me what is missing from the hundredfold promise in the second verse that Jesus promised us in the first one?

Mark 10:29-30

29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

CONJECTURE.

Nowhere in these verses does Jesus state that it is not His will for a man to have more than one wife. Rather this statement of yours that bewrays your spirit of thought, "could anyone tell me what is missing", is typical of that carnality of reason and logic, completely devoid of wisdom and understanding, that is purposefully applied by such cunning and craft to conjure a fabricated image that can only be projected by a vain imagination.

The "hundredfold promise" applies not only to "this time" (which was the time Christ Jesus was speaking in) but also in the world to come.  Neither did Jesus say, "Whosoever leaveth his wife for my sake in this time receiveth no other wives" as many might try to interpret the scripture to mean, for these are not the words of our LORD. There will be no marriage nor giving in marriage in the resurrection. Only those who would cling to the flesh are worried about keeping wives in the world to come. My confidence is in my Lord, my Master, my King. Now I will truly tell you what is missing in your blindness to HIS WORD:

WHAT IS MISSING IS YOUR ANNOINTING.

 YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN THE FATHER AND HIS ANCIENT LAND MARKS.

Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,  But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

NOTICE that in the above, Our LORD does not mention the plurality of "Fathers".

There is no need to conjure up a false conclusion about this. God is One. We have One Father, even Jesus. Our women should emmulate this truth in marriage also. Our men should not be ashamed, but they are. I lift the higher standard when I say ONE FLESH is marriage to all who say otherwise. Whether sanctified or no, when a man takes a willing virgin to wife, he takes a wife. If the Changeless One "suffered" a man to take two virgins, that man had two wives also. And so it is today. Shall we get down to the nitty-gritty? Perhaps we should chew on the fact that the real reason most men are so reluctant to ADMIT GOD'S OWN TRUTH is because they have taken MORE THAN ONE VIRGIN in their lifetime, OR they have joined unto MORE than ONE WOMAN. Perhaps they would not care to ADMIT to the responsibility, or be reminded of certain children they may or may not have. Perhaps they do not want their wives to KNOW about their sinful pasts, but I can truly say that all these situations are commonplace in the world and in the churches.

There will always be persecutions. When a man takes a willing virgin to wife he must take responsibility for her, no matter how many virgins he takes. By God's own law he must surely espouse her, and he may not put her away for the rest of his days, saith the LORD. How is this TREACHERY covered in BAPTISM, O, YE WHO SAY NO REMARRIAGE? Yet we see that if he should put her away that he causeth her to commit adultery. For it is verily the PUTTING AWAY that JESUS HATES. Marriage is no ceremonial law of the Levitical Priesthood but that ORDINANCE that Christ declared unto the Pharisees that the twain shall be one flesh. Therefore we see that this LAW is not done away with, nor has it ever been abolished. Verily marriage is honorable in all, but not all marriage is honorable. Many crimes and abominations are committed daily, but the CHANGELESS ONE does not need to "get with the program". His Ancient Land Marks are sure. Yea, we must REPENT but we must also learn that to REPENT does not only mean a "turning away", but also a turning and a RE-TURNING. The CHANGELESS ONE is calling us to come out of BABYLON and to RETURN to the Ancient Land Marks. 

    Jesus was not senile,  He knew very well what He was saying.  I have many Sisters in the Church,  Many Brethern, Many Mothers.  Fathers,  And I have much more material things than I ever had living in sin.  But I have ONE Wife.  Oh and yes, I received the hundredfold Persecutions also but the Promised Eternal Life outweighs it all.  

Rom 8:18  For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us KJV.

You may keep your non-scriptural "fathers" if you wish. I know Who I worship. Jesus is not senile concerning His LAW either. He has shown us the FATHER (singular). If you have One Wife indeed, you have a good thing. If you have become one Flesh with only one you will have your reward in this time. I understand that any who truly have a one and only is fully supported by the Word of God and are blessed for it. Consider then that the standard that I have lifted is not my own but the LORD's. For this standard, my own testimony upholds that which is holy and true in the sanctification of ONE FLESH in Jesus' name.

Yea, this testimony goes beyond human value as it always should. It even honors the virtue of our daughters and our wives that NO MAN should humble them in a "putting away" that becomes that dog who secretly reasons within himself that ONE FLESH is not marriage in the sight of God. Nonetheless there are few who are able to make such claims to one and only one. This is why newly-born are not exempt from GOD'S OWN LAW. Any man who takes a willing virgin has married her. What makes fornication "adultery" is the taking of another man's wife. Do you see how the LORD suffers me to bring true HONOR and GLORY to His name? Probably not. Let the pretenders pretend. Deuteronomy 22 stands as much today as it did the day God ordained it to be so.

Neither is the LORD slack concerning His promises. Godly marriage is truly a great and wonderous Mystery constantly being revealed in the body of Christ to them that are His. Evenso, He is still the CHANGELESS ONE. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. AKJV.

The HOLY BIBLE means what it says: L'basar Echad... ONE FLESH... is marriage. This is the ordinance of God.
