I truly appreciate your link. I notice that the concepts on Judeo-Christianity are compared to "Rome-antic" or Catholic(Roman) tradition.

Biblical law was in effect long before Augustine and his sexual problems date back to the Tree in the Garden or the Fall of man.

Jesus addressed the Pharisees for misusing their wives, in order to keep the dowery. They would divorce their wives or put away their wives and not give them a writ of divorcement under God's law. This way the misuse of divorcement by the males was a way of procuring another wife and keeping the monies for themselves.

They also set the put away wife up(she did not have a writ of divorcement) to commit adultery because she was still legally married to the husband who had sent her out of the house under the law. The law was being misused.

Today, we have the law of the Beast who perverts the law of God and tells us that breaking of the law of God is no big deal. But breaking his laws is a big deal! This is known as the Beastarchy.

Incest is a very serious thing. God's law involves order and not chaos. In order for government officials to be empowered, there needs to be much chaos and family dysfunction.

If families held together, it would disempower the Beast, thus when incest occurs by consent, the Beastarchy turns one into a victim and the other into a perpetrator. This empowers the government structure and feeds monies into the Beast through the masses to pay off the Central Bank loans. You know, those foreign loans! This hidden tax is called registration fees. They are just as unconstitutional as the income tax.

Under God's law, when incest occurred between father and daughter, both were held accountable for the crime and had to take personal responsibility. Under man's law or the law of Baal, division of the family takes place and the children are auctioned off to the highest bidder in the bureaucracy as chattel. The family is destroyed because of man's law. It is designed that way on purpose, not to protect the daughter but to make profit for man and the bureaucracy.

The prison system is big business in the United States. Many have invested into that system and more laws create the image of more crime. This is why the government sees fit to make sure that fathers are removed from the home on a daily basis.

Under God's law, both the father and the daughter were held accountable for the crime of incest. Under man's law, only one party is held accountable. In other words, the world system or the federal government views the daughter as only being able to make personal choices when it fits their own laws. If her choices support the bureaucracy and transfer power to the system, she is praised as a woman for her choices. If her choices support her family or the family members and the family is cohesive and strong, the system views such as disempowerment and dangerous.

Strong families remove the power from the federal government. Our government prison system is big business. Much money is made off of the prison system. Anyone with a brain knows that incarcerating someone for having sex with a post-pubescent young woman in an incestuous relationship does not help the alleged(sometimes pseudo) victim as far as trauma goes. As a matter of fact, I think I could present a case with facts proving that incest is a double trauma for the victim when the world sees all of the victim's personal life out in the open. Who wants their sex lives all over the court system or their past sex faults all over the Internet?

If God's laws were implemented, both parties would be held accountable, with the exception of rape.

The horrible sin that the son committed in I Cor. 5 was not incest itself alone. There was plenty of that to go around in that day. It was the fact that the son was disrespecting the head of the family by having his father's wife(the stepmother). He broke the law of respecting his father. Family order is the main purpose of the prohibition on incest.

David's sin was against Uriah the Hittite and not against Bathsheba, according to I Kings 15:5. Uriah was the head and provider of Bathsheba(the ewe, see II Samuel 12) who was like a daughter to Uriah. She was like a daughter under God's law because full authority was given to Uriah for a wife and a daughter and he was responsible for both, under the law.

Today's laws make a post-pubescent young woman of thirteen or over appear to have no sense at all in her decisions. Sixteen year old ladies today are treated like they are five years old with no capacity to think for themselves or consider consequences for their own actions. What happened to the woman's lib movement where post-pubescent young women owned their own bodies and the state should butt out of their personal business because they are now allegedly independent.

I can remember when post-pubescent young women took responsibility for their actions and the state did not try to interfere in their personal lives from the ages of fourteen until eighteen. They used to hitchhike and travel to San Francisco to become "liberated." No one was protecting them at that time and many are still alive today and much stronger and are much more independent in their thinking than those young ladies of the same age are today. Today's young women play the role of victim and the government supports that role of the false image of naivete. In other words, today's little girls range from thirteen to Monica Lewinsky's age(in the case of Bill Clinton). They are just used and those authority figures are using them.

We know that Monica was like a little girl seduced by big powerful Bill. She could not possibly turn down his advances because she was in a position of weakness and she was in her emotions(cough). Could it be that she was ambitious and wanting power and attention? Could it be that Monica was not stupid and most young ladies are not stupid and can actually think for themselves? It is possible that these laws are created and these registries created to make big monies for the fascist state in order to pay off those foreign loans that they have run up by violating the

sovereignty of other nations?

Now we have a fifteen year old doing oral sex on seventeen year olds and only one of them is getting done in, under man's laws, when both should be held accountable. Women today are in bondage to the law until they are eighteen, much more than the post-pubescent young women of yesterday. I thought women wanted to be liberated and in the sixties, they tried to remove all those opposing laws.

These same hypocrites remain silent today as twelve year old offenders get on the sex registry by having sex with a thirteen year old. Where are all these liberal loud-mouths of the sixties today? Instead of getting rid of bureaucracy, they are expanding laws and doing the opposite of what they pretended to be in the sixties. It is all about power and money and fascism.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely!

I'm glad you got in there, Fred. They barred me out. Canadians aren't allowed, I guess. My reason for joining was that I wanted to learn about the situation and how it might apply to fellow Canadians in similiar circumstances. I was rejected. Praise God. I don't have time for them either.

This is getting a little interesting in this group,

I am trying to keep the conversations with these individuals on a secular level and at the same time spoon feed some of God's Word to them.

In response to that link to the secular yahoo group I thought that I might contribute the following without seeming overly religious:

It is an honor to be among such illustrious company. I would readily confess that I have taken the liberty of assuming that this is one of those forums in which people discuss the problems of Society. I should like to list here, if I may, some of those manifest problems that I have personally identified as the cardinal enemies of Effective Communication :

1. Semantics

2. Prejudice

3. Egocentricism

4. Insecurity (Fear)

5. Bigotry

6. Greed

7. Apathy

I'll run with these seven for the time being. Sometimes one would think that one would understand what the other is saying whilst they lean on their preconceived images and impressions associated in one's mind with the words the said other would use in an idealistic effort to communicate with the said other.

When we think, we do not so much as "think" in the literal imagery of the letters of the words as we actually think in images and impressions associated with these symbols. Through the conditioning of these associations with the symbology of text, we learn that the internalized impressions and images within our minds also become our personal (however symbolic) expressions of our internalized verbal imagery. We think only in what these images and impressions convey within our hearts and our minds. Consequently we might equally discover that our personal sense of understanding is always prejudiced by our experiences of said images and impressions, or biases.

We might easily and erroneously assume unconsciously that our communication partner also shares images and impressions conveyed in their minds by the very same word that are identical to our own. While to some general extent the case might well be true, it is also prudent to bear in mind that no two people's images or impressions associated with any word are truly identical in all respects. This is one of the major challenges with what we have come to call "semantics". Many of these images and impressions that we have learned to associate with the various groupings of symbology that we call "words" have personal prejudices attached to them in our minds and in the minds of the said "others".

Words are likened to empty baskets conveniently bearing unique labels that boast mystical concepts and contents that every individual is only able to provide themself. The challenge with this particular metaphor is that the label on the outside of the basket is generally (and unconsciously) expected by the reader, communicator, listener, to represent the contents of the basket according to their own unconscious prejudice. Alas, one man's plum is often another man's tomato. Fruit is apples and oranges...Tomatoes and bananas also. Once more we face a problem with semantics: words are expected to represent a true definition of those images that they "produce" in our minds as we interpret them. Yet for all this, humanity still struggles in the throes of inneuendo and semantics bearing many false-fruits in an untimely season and rendering the fruit of our knowledge corrupt.

Tone is also a great factor in verbal (not necessarily oral) communication and it is often challenging to convey tone in text. Whereas the advantage of text gives us the luxury of defining our meaning, or intent, within the context of these symbols (called "words") that we predominantly resort to for communication, it is evident that tone, without sound, is rendered considerably impotent with respect to effective verbage in comparison to oral communication. Notwithstanding we do have some liberty in the usage of text which grants us certain privilege to correct our terminology to further define or to re-define our message to the "other" more articulately �?alas, tone is still considerably limited within the context and construct of our "writ" of communication; although something is invariably lost, some small advantage in the letter is also gained.

It has been my personal experience in communication verbatim that because of so many prejudices unconsciously associated with the meanings and definitions of words, I am amazed that we even understand one another at all. Fortunately, for the most part, it is possible, I believe, for people to attain to what is called a "general understanding" in our resort to text as a means of communicating ideas. Nonetheless it is also this sort of over-simplification and generalization that all too frequently renders much of our sincere effort to communicate ideas ineffectual. I concur that this can be most frustrating at times for some (to say the least) and I have regularly observed manifest displays of breakdowns in communication, usually on the parts of all communicators involved, as a result of failing to attain to specific and definitive expression. It would seem that words will ever fail us.

For the less patient, a common folly in communication is to appeal to the ego of the self and/or to the egos of others. All too often this rather immature approach to self-expression will culminate in a communicational nightmare, each attempting to cater to the other's ego, or, even worse, personal attacks and various devices that are wrongfully employed for the glorification and justification of either a misinterpretation or, some connotative interpretation of such expressions, once again, the ego. Such appeals incorporating ad hominems, insults, condescension, and one-up-manship tactics, while perhaps useful to the short-lived inflation of the ego, are otherwise powerless to grant anyone any advantage in the application of effective communication whereby all parties involved might actually benefit in truth. I might suggest that such immature displays of egocentricism are typically too frequent (although I do not completely exempt myself from such exploits) and that they are consistently damaging with respect to further exploits of reason or understanding. "Arguing for the sake of argument" will not produce many positive results in this respect, if the desired goal is for both parties to arrive at a mutual understanding.

Much of this false-fruit is the produce of fear-based insecurity usually stemming back to the various idiosyncrasies of our own delicate egos. As humans, we strive to make our meaning and intent clear to others as it is generally our natural desire to be understood. This is heard in an infant's cry to it's mother. This is effective communication in it's most primal, or basic capacity. People often, without being consciously aware of it, commonly exemplify this behavior in their communcation toward others: the egocentric mind "needs" to be understood. This desparate process is somehow measured by the level at which others are inclined to agree with the communicator in numerous appeals for approval and by what is often misinterpreted as "reason" based on the agreement of the majority. Hence we often witness much appeal to the egos of others readily catered and pandered to in the employment of creative tactics and perks to arrive at what some might consider effectual communication. However one might well ask the question with equal gravity whether we are truly communicating effectively, or whether we are merely stroking one another's egos.

Some of the other false fruit that appears in the medium of verbal communication is shrouded in the dogma of voluntary bigotry. The fear-based insecurities of the individual seem to be closely associated with ego-gratification born of bigotry and are often manifest in the subjugation of very closed and very narrow minds. One is likely to quickly discover that if the understanding of that particular individual is remotely challenged in any way, or if it is even perceived as a challenge, the whistles and the alarms go off immediately. Again, the process is typified by derogatory remarks and some or all of those devices I mentioned previously. The individual loves their delusion and is ready to defend it in every way possible, branding all opposition heretics, immoral, or by any negative label that they perceive to be justifiable to their own prejudice and bias. The various dogmas involved in voluntary bigotry are too commonly without end and generally profitless in debate as in most cases, neither party is willing to understand the other's point of view, but merely desires that the other "sees it" the same way they do and that they see it identically so. This is virtually impossible as none of us thinks identically.

The reason I mention the word "greed" on my little list of seven is because most people likely do not know that greed is actually another fear-based attitude found in the nature of human beings and it is also conceived in insecurity. If permitted to remain unchecked, such greed will lead to general apathy and it is this apathy that I find is the greatest of all threats to effective communication. Hungry egos, hungry hearts, hungry minds and hungry souls, can in fact become voracious even to the extent of plaguerism, predation, vamparism, and intellectual cannibalism:

Communication implodes, virtually "feeding on itself" until there is unpractically nothing left and nobody cares anymore. Apathy kills effective communication dead in it's tracks. Methinks the Roman Catholic Church should have declared it one of the seven deadly sins for all the damage it does. Today, the love of many is waxing cold (as the proverb once declared), and people just don't care or have the time. They are too busy trying to survive in a highly competitive mainframe and it is often upon the shoulders of the internet clerisy to express certain concerns about our ever-changing Society or, to remain silent (like "good men") and do nothing.

Because the remainder of the "masses" are too busy trying to make a living and are often ensnared in the fruitless pursuit of those things that television and the media keep "telling" them will make them happy, give them purpose, or fulfill their lives, we witness increasing problems in effective communication. Even the internet is overwhelmed with volumes of advertising and mass media exposure ending in a multitude of empty promises, technical failures, and utter discouragement. People are vast becoming desensitized as a matter of survival �?as opposed to freedom of choice. The "only me" generation has now become the worker bee generation in an inescapable hive of consciousness that can only describe the robotic behaviour of social insects. Men are become mere drones, the women are processed for workers, and most of our children are likewise processed for the same future within the mainframe of social consciousness that I have recently come to refer to as "The Media-trix".

Few of us ever rise to the noble call and ranks of effective communcation within Society in the prudent and precious knowledge that whosoever would control language would also controls thought; and that whosoever would control thought, would also control Society. It would seem that despite the admonishings of our great authors (Huxley, Orwell, Thoreau, Bacon, etc.) we still continue to pay our tribute and even pay with our life's blood for our beloved Social Engineers, Big Brother Bush, and of course, the Queen Bee of English Orthodoxy. I trust that the reader won't find this narrative too "high-browed".

A letter to a hurting friend

Dear Friend

The way the government looks at it, in their self-righteous indignation, is that when a person lives with a sex offender, that person is part of the crime by association.

It doesn't matter if you are innocent or never had a traffic ticket. The government is like the mafia and the politicians think they are all little godfathers.

Ever since the government robbed the kitty away from Jimmy Hoffa and busted the unions, there are no more true unions.

Instead of getting rid of the mob, they just transferred the money from one set of mobsters to another set.

George Bush breaks the law because the people in the masses are so ignorant. Since the War between the States, the federal government has gained much power in the guise of civil rights.

We are now held in a state of perpetual terrorism by government and our constitutional rights have been suspended indefinitely because the government feels that our pseudo-protection by nanny government is more important than civil rights.

The people, accepting the lie, are partakers of this propaganda and they play the game. In reality the government cannot protect anyone.

As a matter of fact, George W. cannot even keep the immigration laws. They are lawbreakers themselves.

I find it ironic that the illegal immigration laws do not have to be enforced(according to Bush) because it would divide families. What about us citizens? Don't sex offender laws that are based on a lie statistically break up families also?

I guess breaking up the families of citizens is much better than breaking up the families of non-citizens. There is forgiveness for illegal aliens and no forgiveness for those who are off parole(have done their time and are now trying to get a new start).

Look at the double standards! I believe the people need to be reeducated back into reality. You are very blessed by these problems because it is the problems that have awakened you to the deceit in government and their blatent hypocrisy!

Your address on the Internet and your private information on the Internet are a test and prerequisite for the government's future plans to stick their nose in everybody else's business also. They got away with Waco and that was a test.

The people did nothing as all those children burned up because allegedly Koresh had sex with a fifteen year old and practiced his constitutional 2nd amendment right to bear arms. Shouldn't Koresh have the same rights as others to a fair trial before his church is invaded with tanks?

Only China and the United States make movies of tanks rolling in the citizens and are proud of it. The United States incarcerates more of its citizens per capita than most other countries. More laws create the image of more crime and thus the need for more bureaucracy.

The people are ignorant. They are brainwashed and asleep. Pedophilia is not even a legal term and yet they use it all the time. Ephebophilia is biologically natural and yet they redefine the term of ephebophilia as pedophilia in cases of ephebophilia.

Our nation has a system of dumbing down individuals and most are functionally illiterate. In prison fifty percent of the inmates to whom I taught literacy had high school diplomas and they could not read or comprehend words. Literacy requires more than rote reading techniques.

It is all about educating the public on these issues and change comes hard. They may try to kill some of us for telling the truth but so what? Maybe they might stick me in jail for telling the truth or having freedom of speech. They do that in China all the time.

Someone has to not allow the government to muzzle the ox that treads out the grain of truth. We cannot allow fear to stand in our way.

A lot of sex offenders are highly educated people. These are not your average joes.

Anyone can raise the age of consent for females from thirteen years old to eighteen or twenty and create an image of increase of sex crime on children by making a chart of false statistics that the average American will be duped into believing. Even I can do that!

Statistics can be made to look like anything and make anything appear real. Words are not realities unless one is hyponotized by them through subjectivity and trauma by emotionalism.

Our rights were given by God and stated in the Bill of Rights and not the government. The Bill of Rights does not give us rights but only states God-given rights.

Marriage licenses came into effect after the War Between the States because the government didn't like interracial marriage. The people went along with marriage licenses and the government convinced the people that marriages were no longer legitimate without government approval. Before that common law marriage was common and church weddings without licenses created legitimate marriages because marriages are given by God also and defined by God. The state is playing God, just as the wizard of Oz played God and hid behind the curtain!

Revolution can be done in two ways. It can be done by force or by education. The latter is safer and gets the job done better.

The United States is trying to change the hearts and minds of the people of Iraq with force and big guns and it is blowing up in their face and now the people of this country look stupid. We allowed them to do that through fear of WMDs that didn't exist. This same ignorant public accepts the same lie from the government of an epidemic of pedophilia that doesn't exist. It is manufactured through legislative deception. They are better at their propaganda machine than the ex-sex offenders are. Notice that I said "ex-sex offender."

When my parole was up, I was finished with my punishment. That is why I accepted the plea bargain. The bargain was between two people...me and the government. It is an agreement. I agreed to ten years.

It is now past that time by many decades and yet the government broke their covenant with me by charging me punitive registration fees and covert taxes through unconstitutional legislation that the court says is constitutional because it is not punitive.

If I pay an hundred dollars a year more than my felon neighbor who has murdered and gotten out, then my covert tax is discriminatory as a ex-sex offender.

Fact is, the government has extended my punishment and restitution way past the ten years that we agreed upon. In other words, the judge lied.

George Bush commits treason and nobody even slaps his hand. Meanwhile, I do my time where George Bush couldn't survive unless he was under protective custody. Life is easy for the mafia and big government and the rest of the thugs involved in these unconstitutional laws(thugs like Walsh) because they have other thugs protecting them with big guns. Do big guns make men? Or does honesty and integrity make a man?

Education is the answer. The public schools have failed. They have only indoctrinated individuals into trusting government, even when the government is wrong.
