Mezzo...he's working so much on solving this that he's relying on us to keep things going.  Trust me.  When it rains it stinking pours...he's having computer issues just now...so he's got battles on all fronts.  He's always in touch with his assistants, so while I know I can never be as cute, charming, warm and fuzzy as Mr. Switch those Gears, I can help you the best I can.
