Black Sabbath at .78 Speed
Midway through our life’s journey,
I went astray,
fiendishly plotting coup d’etats,
to take the Gods away,
always I’m filled with a raw aggravation,
the pantheons full of our own expectations,
the Gods falling dead,
now they’re rotting with flies,
I’ve killed most of them with my lightening bolt eyes,
no I’m not evil, but none of them talked to me,
‘cause I’m omnipotent more than they’ll ever be,
I’ve killed all the Gods and no they weren’t surprised,
I’m going to hell,
to find a disguise
midway through our life’s journey,
I sold a bridge,
Heaven and hell, packaged in ice cubes,
stored inside my fridge,
always I’m filled with a raw aggravation,
the pantheons full of our own expectations,
the Gods falling dead,
now they’re rotting with flies,
I’ve killed most of them with my lightening bolt eyes,
no I’m not evil, but none of them talked to me,
‘cause I’m omnipotent more than they’ll ever be,
I’ve killed all the Gods and no they weren’t surprised,
I’m going to hell,
to find a disguise
