ok made them blanks in animation shop...

 

 

btw if you get someone to help- all I did was take the orange book you posted, select the book cover (just the cover) and colorized it, then added texture, then rotate the image I believe it was 30 degree angle.... added the oval window on the front with shapes using black for the outline and white inside.....so anyone with psp knowledge can do that...
