When our local TV station had a problem and they ask us to send them the source code that we get from our IE browser to them in an email. They wanted it so the could figure out which server it was that was screw up.
So that tells me that it doesn't matter where you are, you could be using a different server anytime you use your browser.
It's all very confusing and I'm at about the edge of my knowledge pool.
