I think that you already knew that emotional pain is stored in our bodies resulting in her back issues.

The same had happend to me not too long ago.  I was shutting down the computer to head to bed, but I got the urge to talk to an old high school buddy on msn.  I turned msn back on and I asked her what was wrong.  That's all it took.  Our conversation went on for quite some time and when we were done she just out right said not to talk to her again unless I would tell her who she would marry.  LOL
I think in situations like this we were meant to assist.  We certainly wouldn't be given any information if it wasn't meant to be.
I believe you were to explain to her why her back was hurting, and b/c of that she'll now be able to heal within.
