That's exactly what I was thinking too Janet!  That's why I had to ask.
Like you had said, some look like you or I.  You can see their clothes, face, you name it.  Then others, white, as you and I have experienced.  Some you can only see their outline.  I've also seen one apparition where the lady was floating, she was white and silver but I could see through her.  Maybe that was b/c I was so close to her.  I don't know.  Makes you think eh?  I'm wondering if it's their energy level, if it's just how they want us to see them, or have nothing to do with that at all and each spirit looks different.
Yea the asthma isn't too bad now.  It acts up during season change and when it's damp.  I'm still kicking myself in the butt for attempting that while I wasn't in my best shape, lol.
