Greetings! I know this is going to sound silly but I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how I can build my relationship with the Lord and Lady. I came from a Christian background but even then I never really had a close relationship with God. Now that I've been on this new path I have found that I'm really looking for that connection with them. It's one thing to believe in the Lord and Lady and another to really know them. I never been one who prayed much, but I would like that to change also. I have started to construct an alter. It's somewhat of a slow process, as it takes time to collect items for it. But it is coming along nicely! So any suggestions would be appreciated. BB, BlueMars |

some time. There is no hurry. The Lord and Lady are there, always, waiting.
They will find you. Learn to give your heart, love, peace and serenity.
They will be there when you are ready. Wolfen.

I agree with Wolfen. There is no hurry and They will find you. One of the best ways that I have found to connect with the Lord and Lady is to spend more time in nature. Hug a tree, sit by a brook, listen to the animals play and hunt, smell the air and learn to appreciate all the beauty around you. The this fast pace world we live in, we tend to take the simple things for granted. Dont force the connection, let it seep into your pores and it will come. You have a long, and exciting journey ahead of you. Enjoy every moment. Love and Blessings |

WHEN I STARTED ON MY CURRENT PATH, I WAS VERY CONNNECTED TO GOD BUT KNEW VERY LITTLE ABOUT THE GODDESS. IT TOOK ME AWHILE TO CONNECT WITH HER. I READ ALOT OF BOOKS BUT I FEEL WHAT HELPED ME TO CONNECT IS MY GODDESS ORACLE. I PULL A CARD EVERYDAY AND FOCUS ON THAT GODDESS BY MEDITATING, I ENVISION MYSELF WITH THE QUALITIES OF THAT GODDESS & FEEL GODDESS ENERGY FLOW ALL AROUND. THE GODDESS ORACLE HAS A GREAT BOOK WITH IT THAT DESCRIBES EACH GODDESS FULLY & HOW TO CONNECT WITH HER. I'M SURE LADYBEAST COULD FIND THE ORACLE FOR YOU IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. Merry meet BlueMars: I think Wolfen has said it best. they are always there waiting for the right time and you will slowly and surely connect with them. They will let you know whe the time is right. greetings BlueMars...it will happen...it may happen in a dream or some kind of small happening or soemthing left for you somewhere...be patient and keep alert...this is not a thing to rush...it doesn't hurt to ask for a sign...light your candles everynight and it'll come...like you said you have come from a christian background...and it might not be the lord and lady themselves...let's not forget the other dieties...it may not be the lord and lady...but they will know that you are making a connection with whatever path that you will choose!
