MM Everyone,
Well, after coming near close to pulling my hair out at the roots, after spending a good 2 hours trying to navigate through MSN, I have decided it might be time to try some calming exercise of sorts. This is just the thing. It kept my computer from coming to a violent end and it helped restore my sanity. You might want to give it a try.
Light a white candle and gaze into the flame.
Repeat:
I surround myself with tranquility.
I release all thoughts of violence to MSN.
Everything that goes around, comes around.
MSN will get what it deserves.
I am calm.
I can handle this.
I am at peace.
Take a deep breath and imagine all the tension and frustration flowing out of you. Repeat as often as neccessary!
