One of the first ways to practise magick that I tried was using candles. I have found that candle magick is and can be a very powerful magickal tool! I hold it and charge it with my intention, rub some dragonsblood oil on it (I noticed that this oil gives a good boost to what your doing) also inscribing a symbol or name on the candle gives it a direction, I noticed too, that visualizing the end result helps too :) By sending your intention out through the flame of a candle, to me, seems almost like using express mail lol! And sometimes the candle wax can tell you if it all worked! Look at the melted wax! What shapes do you see??? Example:  I was doing a working for someone that got stung by a poisonous spider, the candle melted in the shape of one long stream, away from the body of the candle! My intention was to draw the venom out of her body!

The Craft doesn't have to be complicated, something as simple as a candle goes a long way
