Building your Awareness
Exercises to Improve your Clairvoyance
 
Warning*
I do not recommend Hallucinogenic’s for any of these exercises in fact its better if you are clear head because if some phenomena does happen you’ll blame the drugs for it happening and it’ll lessen the authenticity of your experience.
 
 
 

I recommend creating a ritual before each exercise, a pray of support to creator (or any deity you’re happy with) to help you to be clear, strong and safe. To create an opportunity an intention for the very best to occur of the most wonderful part of the Mystery to unfold gentle before you.<o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

Beyond the Mask:<o:p></o:p>

You need two people and one candle to do this exercise.  <o:p></o:p>

Place the candle on a coffee table or a kitchen table which ever one you feel most relaxed sitting around for a long period of time.<o:p></o:p>

Make sure that you will be undisturbed by any form of interruption for at least 2 hrs.<o:p></o:p>

Turn off anything that will make noise and be distracting.<o:p></o:p>

Leave a window slightly ajar to create a small breeze that will affect candles flame.  <o:p></o:p>

Light medium to large candle and place in the center of the table.<o:p></o:p>

Turn off all lights so that it is completely dark. The darker it is the better so if you have drapes draw them closed.<o:p></o:p>

Sit on opposites sides of the candle so that you are directly facing each other and then focus your stare on each others left eye. <o:p></o:p>

Do this for as long as possible without blinking.<o:p></o:p>

Regulate your breathing as best you can. Slow inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, and exhale for 3 seconds.<o:p></o:p>

Do not panic when you start to see things that seem different and unusual move across your partners face remember to try and perceive everything from 4 billion year old perspective. <o:p></o:p>

Relax and control your breathing. <o:p></o:p>

Do not talk to anyone in that time. Keep silent it works better.<o:p></o:p>

Take breaks every ten minutes and discuss what it is you saw.<o:p></o:p>

Looking Through the Portal:<o:p></o:p>

You need one and one candle to do this exercise. If you are a novice do this exercise with a friend.  <o:p></o:p>

I recommend doing this exercise in the bathroom mirror because it’s smaller and will contain your energy also there are three sources of water which added to your energy has a habit of creating an incredible boosts of physic power.

Make sure that you will be undisturbed by any form of interruption for at least 2 hrs.<o:p></o:p>

Turn off anything that will make noise and be distracting.<o:p></o:p>

Light small to medium candle and place behind you hip high if possible.
 
Focus your stare on your left eye when looking into the mirror.
 
Allow your eyes to lose focus.
<o:p></o:p>

Do this for as long as possible without blinking.<o:p></o:p>

Spirit Running:<o:p></o:p>

I recommend doing this exercise with two people. If you’re going to do it alone beware it may be hazardous. <o:p></o:p>

Make sure you’ve got a good solid pair of running shoes on with good ankle support.<o:p></o:p>

Please be very careful when you are doing this. Let someone know where you are going to do it and set a reasonable time limit for your return. <o:p></o:p>

The next thing to do is find a park or forest that has a path that you can run down quickly. A narrow path would be better but if it will fit two then that’s great too.<o:p></o:p>

If you are doing this with someone else give yourselves at least a 30 second gap between each other.<o:p></o:p>

Align with the wolf *Please see “Shape Shifting�?or “Wolf�?call him into you and really feel him or her there before you begin. Howling inside your head calls the pack to you if you’re having difficulties. You can howl outside too but I recommend being alone for that it can really scare anyone who doesn’t have any idea of what you’re doing. Besides who needs explain anything to anyone it takes up to much time.<o:p></o:p>

Now what I’m about to suggest you might think is mad but what I want you to do next is “Run�?as fast as you can for 20 to 30 mins. Pretending to be a Wolf, the more you are the wolf the safer you’ll be. I’ve done it and it is possible. <o:p></o:p>

Allow your eyes to lose focus while still being fully aware of the path. Let the wolf guide you.<o:p></o:p>

Do not talk to anyone in that time. Keep silent it works better.<o:p></o:p>

Do not panic when you start to see things that seem different and unusual move across your face remember to try and perceive everything from 4 billion year old perspective. <o:p></o:p>

This is called spirit running and it will take you into the other realms. It is very exhilarating and you feel and see some interesting things in the process. <o:p></o:p>

Swimming the Dream:<o:p></o:p>

I highly recommend that you do this with another person. Do not do it alone. Be safe.<o:p></o:p>

Find a spring fed lake *Please see “Portals�?for further information or the fresh water you can find.<o:p></o:p>

I recommend doing this in the late spring; summer or early fall unless you live in a climate where you can do it all year round.
Go into the water to how you feel most comfortable. Without clothes is the best but it’s not essential.
<o:p></o:p>

Make sure it’s a rainy, foggy dark night. <o:p></o:p>

Don’t go to deep. 12 feet is good enough.<o:p></o:p>

Think of being a Dolphin or an Orca call it to you, become it and allow it to guide you through this exercise. *Please see “Shape Shifting�?for further information.<o:p></o:p>

Then start to spin and twirl and dive deep into the water with your eyes open. <o:p></o:p>

Special Note * Be aware that it’ll be hard to know where the surface is so be cautious when letting out air.<o:p></o:p>

Always keep track of your buddy while swimming. Work out that you will dive 3 times and then meet. Do this for at least 20 minutes if possible.<o:p></o:p>

Have necessary emergency equipment on shore in case. The more you take to be safe the safer you’ll be. <o:p></o:p>

Storm Chasing:<o:p></o:p>

You can do this alone but I recommend it with two people.<o:p></o:p>

When there is a huge wind storm go to the edge of a cliff, or to the top of a hill, or to the shore of a lake or an ocean.<o:p></o:p>

This can be done day or night. I recommend at night for best results.<o:p></o:p>

Stand in the storm and think of being a huge bird; Eagle Faclon, Condor or an Owl. Call it to you. Open and extend your arms and let your being lift off into the sky. Please see “Shape Shifting�?for further details.
Stay out in the storm for at least 1 hr.
<o:p></o:p>

Do not talk to anyone in that time. Keep silent it works better.<o:p></o:p>

Make sure that you can’t see your buddy.<o:p></o:p>


Chanting & Drumming Through your Heart:<o:p></o:p>

In the beginning you could go with another person to share the experience with.<o:p></o:p>

Sit facing each other so that your knees are touching.<o:p></o:p>

This can be done with or without a drum. I prefer having a drum it really helps me to release, let go and relax.<o:p></o:p>

 Make sure that you will be undisturbed by any form of interruption for at least 2 hrs.<o:p></o:p>

Go into a beautiful nature spot by a lake, or in a forest, near river or an ocean.<o:p></o:p>

Begin drumming slowly and follow your heart. Ask creator for help. You may even follow you own heart beat in the beginning. <o:p></o:p>

Don’t worry about being right. Let that go. Be you.<o:p></o:p>

Let your mouth drop open, let it relax and then trust the sounds coming from your body. <o:p></o:p>

Find a sound together and move the sound up and down and around. It’s all about exploration. Go really high and very low. Get Crazy! Be Wild! Have Fun!<o:p></o:p>

Drum slow, drum fast, allow the rhythm to find you.<o:p></o:p>

Do this for at least 30 minutes and then sit in silence for 10 minutes or longer without talking.<o:p></o:p>

Discuss and repeat a will.<o:p></o:p>


Special Note ***Realize you may see things that you may not understand or comprehend do not panic just because it appears dark or shaded does not mean its evil. It just might mean you don’t understand it and it’s a little bit frightening. We have all been scared in this process of learning, it is the unknown, it takes time to grow and become strong. It has taken me time and I have frightened my self plenty. If you have anything that is to over whelming please don’t hesitate to contact me. <o:p></o:p>
