I AM laughing often, therefore I am healing quickly.
TODAY'S POSITIVE VISUALIZATION:
In my mind's eye I see myself laughing. I feel my whole body relaxing into the laughter. I imagine tension and stress are leaving me with every chuckle. I imagine myself laughing alone and also with my friends and co-workers. I imagine that I look into a mirror and immediately see the healing that laughter has brought to me. I combine these images with the feelings of joy my laughter brings me and let them go, knowing that they will create the good things I am visualizing and thinking.
