Elfin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake:
1 Graham cracker ready crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 pint sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 oz Cool Whip (Dairy Whip cream)
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip, blending well. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish as desired.
