The times and dates are in Eastern Standard Time. If you live outside EST, you will need to make the following changes:

 Pacific Standard Time: Subtract 3 hours.
 Mountain Standard Time: Subtract 2 hours.
 Central Standard Time: Subtract 1 hour.
 Alaska/Hawaii: Subtract 5 hours.
 Daylight Savings Time: Add an hour.  Daylight
 Savings time runs runs from April 4 to October 31,2004.
