Cast Away Your Worries

Take a handful of earth in you hands, and stare into it. Visualize all of your troubles and worries going into it. Say to the earth exactly what it is that's causing you distress. When finished, throw the dirt behind you and walk away without ever turning back.

 

Anxiety Spell

You need one white radish and whole cucumber .  Peel the white radish as much as you can and visualize your stress being peeled away with each layer. Gather the peels and throw away in the garbage with the rest of your troubles. Peel the cucumber and cut in half longways and then in half at the middle so you have 4 sections. Salt all the quarters to purify and then eat all four pieces. You should feel relaxed.

 

Centering of Emotions

Moon phase Waning, any day, any time, use as needed.

Need

-bowl of water (distilled or boiled)

-favorite incense

-white candle

-some earth

Begin by casitng your circle and Say

"here before me I gather the elements fo life, earth, air fire water, to remove all negative energies from within. The earth grounds me from harm (rub the earth between your hands)

The air blows away any fear (run hands throught he smoke of the incense)

Fire buns away negativity (run fingers thru candle flame)

And water brings freshness back in (place you hands in the bowl of water)

With harm to none, I release my negativity to cleanse my emotions, and fill myself full of good intention. So mote it be."
