These two spells that follow are absolutely my favorite. A while back we were trying to sell our house and nothing was working, then Ladybeast gave me these spells and the next thing I knew we were moving out, so they work, very well indeed. 
For the first spell, perform it on a Friday of the waxing moon during the 3rd hour of sunset. Light a green candle and place some yellow roses in a vase with water. Place some chamomile in a natural vessel next to the roses.
Say Aloud:
"With the blessing of Venus and the power of the elements I open to people of like mind, heart and passion to contribute to the manifestation of success. I affirm I am open to all appropriate possibilities and that I choose with clarity and trust. I ask that this be done within the greater good. So be it and so it is."
Put out the candle and carry the chamomile with you when meeting with potential buyers.
Then on the following tuesday I performed this one.
This spell must be performed on a Tuesday of the waning moon during the 1st hour of darkness.
Light a white candle and a green candle. Place some yellow roses in a vase with water (I used the same yellow roses from the other spell) Place some cinnamon, cloves and ginger in a natural vessel next to the roses. Write on a white piece of paper the name of what you are selling.
Say Aloud:
"With gratitude for the abundant road I walk, I ask the universe to join me in releasing my venture. I affirm the power of this manifestation and allow it to thrive outside of my domain. This release is pure and clear in intention and draws opportunity and abundance in it's wake. I release this for the greater good and ask that it finds it's right place in the world. With the fire of mars I let this go."
Burn paper.
"In fire the release is pure. So be it and so it is."
Snuff the candles and throw ashes of paper in the yard. Throw herbs into the yard, with roses, when they die.
I did have a make a few alterations. When people would come to look at the house I would burn all three candles for 15 minutes before they showed up. When the candles had burned themselves out I buried them alongside the house and placed the dead roses on top after filling in the hole with dirt. I also scattered the herbs in the yard under the moon. Thank you again, Ladybeast, for recommending these spells. I love them. If I ever have anything else to sell I shall use them again.
