Lanto: We are ready.

Lee: Good evening Master Lanto.

Lanto: Good evening to you.

Lee: Could you tell us a bit more about yourself?

Lanto: Yes, well it is a little difficult to know what to tell you because we do not wish to engage the ego and the intellect of your readers. It would be helpful for you to know that we are here to teach you how to love yourself so that you can, how shall we put this, help others to love themselves by your example and to help bring in the new age - the new energies of love - so I am here to help bring this energy to the Earth plane at this time by doing everything within my power to encourage you and to show you how to love yourselves. I think really that that is the most important thing for you to know. The message is about love. The need is for love if the Earth plane is to make the transition from an environment of fear to one of love and once the environment has been changed and the new energies are fully in you will be amazed at the differences - what can be done, what can be achieved - when there is no fear.

So this really is our purpose above any other on the Earth plane at this time, and I would say that you are doing very well. The numbers of lightworkers are increasing more quickly and so the momentum is gaining speed. You are gaining momentum and so we are here to bring the simple messages of love: take you back to the important things, the priorities. Whenever you get a little confused or there are too many things going on we bring you back to the central message of love. It is the only thing that matters. It is the only things capable of bringing in abundance. It is the only thing that will help change the Earth's energies and it is the only thing that will reduce the numbers of souls wishing to leave the Earth plane during the eruptions of the Earth, shall we say. So that is my message. The only thing that is of any importance is love: learning how to give it to yourself so that then you are more able to give it to others.

Lee: So perhaps, could you explain how does one give love to oneself? It sounds very simple but in practice it can be very difficult.

Lanto: Yes indeed, and this is an excellent question. In the ten days that we have been here with our channel this has been the main theme and you would be surprised at the number of souls who have come to us and asked exactly this question. So we would tell you that the most important thing here is to honour the needs of your soul and your body, and by that we mean that when you are tired you should rest. When you are feeling restless because perhaps you have been at the computer too long, like our channel, you must give your body the exercise that it needs. When you wish to take a walk in nature or spend some time in nature then you must do so. Instead of buying the food that you know is good for you, the organic food I think you call it, many of you say "Oh well, it's a little too expensive. I won't buy that, I'll do just as well on the other food" and the answer is no you won't, because you will continue to put toxins into your body and so, if you feel the call to buy organic food, then answer that call. Buy it because your body is telling you that that is what it needs. If you wish to spend time with your partner, then do it. Do not worry about the work that you think you won't get through, or you need to do, or the people who need your help and you feel that you ought to go and help them. If you feel the desire to help someone, then do that. It is very healing.

So answer the needs of your body and answer the needs of your soul. If you are in an unhappy relationship, then leave it. That is what your soul is calling you to do. Do not worry too much. We know that this is very difficult for you - but when you begin to worry about "O what will so-and-so say? What will my mother say? What will my children say?", stop that thought immediately and tell yourself that you are honouring the call of your soul and there is no higher purpose. So that is the most important thing to do, that is the fundamental. Once you feel a little more comfortable with doing this, then you can start to work with other things that will work on your body gently to release the sense of duty, or responsibility or obedience within you because we understand that there are many human laws, but there are also Divine laws and it is these laws that we ask you to follow. And so, this is what we mean if you are in an unhappy marriage.

One of our clients today - one of the souls that came to this channel - said "If I am not meant to leave my husband then I will sacrifice my own joy so that my sons may be happy." And, of course this is not possible. You cannot sacrifice your joy so that others may be happy. You must fully engage with your own joy - the divine joy, the creativity, the fulfilment, the honouring of your gifts in order to allow others to connect with theirs, especially in such difficult situations as a member of a family wishing to leave it, such as a mother or a father.

You must honour these callings you know. There is a great deal of fear around such actions and there is no blame or judgement here. We understand you. We wish simply to tell you that if you can step through the pain - the initial pain - you will find great joy, great healing and abundance coming to you because you are honouring the needs of your soul and therefore you are not blocking the flow of energy. Not simply of financial wealth, but of health; of happiness; of creativity; of love; of passion; of time, of simple laughter - things that nourish your soul and that encourage your soul's growth.

So let us come on to easier things, shall we say. Once major block has been worked through - and it does not mean to say that you need to do one before you can do the other - but one must be the priority and that is to change your thinking. Accept your divinity! Accept that as a divine being all you need to do is honour the needs of your soul. There is no selfishness, for how can there be - you are divine!

You can take flower or animal essences and there are many of these available. Choose the ones which attract you most strongly - they will be right for you - and choose the essences that help you release these fears: bring you joy, abundance, childlike laughter and you will note that in a short while your attitude will have changed. You will be able to more easily reconnect with the joy and the tremendous courage within you: the compassion, unconditional love.

Another way is to use crystals; another way is to balance your chakras; another way is to have energy healing; another way is to use the Aura Soma system; another way is to do breathing - breath work - through Chinese systems and yoga. So there are many ways that you can help release the energy of fear and judgement, to move forward into joy. So that is what we mean when we say you must learn to love yourself. You must learn to put yourself and your needs first - not in a selfish way, but simply by remembering that you are divine and, within your divinity it is not possible for you to be selfish or judgemental, or full of fear. It is only possible for you to love unconditionally: for you to accept totally; for you to trust completely and for you to see that everything and everyone is perfect.

Lee: So we should allow our divine joy - our own joy - to guide us?

Lanto: Absolutely

Lee: But I guess , in doing so that we should be mindful of not hurting others?

Lanto: Yes, but as you reconnect with your divinity you will no longer need to remind yourself of this because as a divinity it would not enter your mind, as you say in this language. As a divinity you only wish to love and accept and bring gifts to those around you. That does not, of course, mean to say that, in your love for a soul, you do not cause temporary difficulties because your love allows you to bring them a lesson which they need to learn in order for them to move forward. But as a divinity you will see the difference. You will understand the difference and you will know that this pain is the pain that brings wonderful gifts, tremendous healing and much joy.

Lee: And so that is why your first rule of trinity is to see oneself as a divinity.

Lanto: Indeed. Very well put my dear. Yes, that is why it is the first rule of the workshop 'The Trinity Rules' because it is the priority - it is the most important thing - it is also the most difficult. So do not judge yourselves when you cannot love yourself every minute of the day. Do not judge yourselves when you have a bad day and you can't reach that feeling. It is part of your human learning. We do not judge you, we love you profoundly and unconditionally. We are deeply grateful to you for your humanity, for agreeing to come back on to the Earth plane to learn your lessons in this way. We know how difficult it is: much more difficult than being in Spirit and so why would we judge you? We can only honour your courage and your love. But it is very difficult for you and there will be times when you make great progress and times when you appear to be going backwards; times when you appear to be standing still; times when every three seconds the self steps in with the negative chatter; times when it really is almost impossible! But then the more you practice - the more you state this as your intent - the more you say, for example, your affirmations and take your essences and move forward, the more you will find that there are longer and longer periods without the negative chatter - without the self stepping in and causing you to judge yourself - feelings of inadequacy; that it isn't right, that you've done something wrong, that you didn't do as well as you could do. When this happens we simply ask you to acknowledge the thought and say "But I'll be better next time" Do not engage the self at all. Acknowledge what it is telling you, but tell it that, quite simply, you will be better, you will do better next time. That is all that is necessary for you to do, because by not engaging the self: by not engaging the negative chatter - the fears - it allows you to move forward more quickly, to reconnect with your divinity more quickly; with your serenity.

Lee: How about the occasions when we need to allow the fears to surface, and therefore we need to engage such fearful chatter?

Lanto: Well, yes there are times when you do need the fears to surface. You need to be able to recognise them in order to be able to release them. But at such times as these, yes, you will indeed find that the negative chatter or, as our channel says , the negative loop tape - when it starts you will find that you can stop it, and you must stop it. Not by getting angry with it but by doing simply as we have said. By acknowledging - and by thanking, this is most important you know - by thanking the self for bringing up the fears so that you can release them, so that both the self and the soul can be happier! So do not deny the fears: do not try to avoid them. Recognise them, but do not, do not engage with them through the self. Simply tell yourself that you will do better next time or, if you recognise that it is a fear which is ready to be released from your body and from your energy, then thank the self for making you aware of it and reflect upon it, and give it to us to take from you. Simply ask us to take it away from you in whichever way is suitable.

Sometimes there will be some physical pain involved in this but we will do our best to keep it to a minimum, and you must tell us when the pain is too great. What we are simply doing is answering your intent - your request to us, if you like because that is what setting your intent is - asking us to do something for you, or with you.

So, what were we saying? We sometimes give our channel too many words at one time because linear time is very difficult for us. It is very poor, it does not allow us to do many of the things we can do in Spirit.

Yes, setting your intent. So we are honouring your intent to help you remove the fear quickly, but sometimes this is a little painful for you and you must tell us.

Lee: Could you also talk briefly about your two other rules of trinity?

Lanto: Well, yes. One is that you are much more than you think you are. You are certainly much more than your DNA would have you believe, or the scientists who research your DNA would have you believe, because, did you know that you have all had many, many past lives at this time on the Earth plane, many hundreds of thousands - most of you - but certainly those who are stepping forward onto their path, awakening to their spirituality, to their divinity? Because you have chosen to help the Earth plane and the souls upon it to move forward at this time through time of great fear.

And so before you came in you chose to bring many gifts to the world, to help both the Earth and the souls upon it and you have in your toolkit - as our channel says - all of the skills; all of the expertise, all of the gifts that you had in your past lives. And so if you have a thought, "oh.. wouldn't it be lovely if", it's because it's your soul calling on you to use that gift. So never, we urge you, never have a wonderful thought, "wouldn't it be wonderful if, oh.. how exciting" and then in the next breath, say, "oh.. but I can't do it, I don't know enough, I need to learn, I don't have the money, I'd have to go back to school." Never let the negative chatter - the loop tape - take hold of you here. Simply, again, remind yourself that you have everything that you need. Everything that you need, and a million times over - more than you could possibly conceive of - because you are the total of all of your past lives.

And so that is another important stumbling block: recognising that you are totally abundant - and not to rein in your abundance; not to limit it in any way - for everything you have ever needed or will ever need you have a million times over, and much more. Everything that you could ever wish to be or would ever need to be or do, again, you have in ways that you could not possibly conceive of - in riches that you could not possibly conceive of with your human logical mind. With your divine mind you know all of this: you understand it completely and you have complete faith in it. So remember that you are a completely abundant soul; not to limit that abundance, not to fear your creativity, not to fear the voice of your soul giving you a little nudge now and then. Everything it brings you, you have, you are already.

And the third rule of course, which for a culture such as Singapore and for many other cultures unfortunately, is simply this. There is no right or wrong, there is only choice. By this we mean that many of you when you awaken to your spirituality and when you understand you have a contract with us you think that all the details are fully there in that contract and they aren't. You may simply have stated in your contract that you wish to bring joy to others, you wish to help them reconnect with their joy, and their divinity. Well, there are more ways to do this; there are many millions of ways to do this. No one way is right, no one way is wrong. We simply bring you a series of choices every day. We bring you little choices, some of them are big choices, some of them are tiny choices, but we simply bring you choices. And based on how you respond to those choices, where you choose to go and not to go, as it were, "I will have that but not that, oh.. I have these possibilities, oh.. that one excites me, so I will go with that one." Follow your intuition - your divine wisdom - with total confidence and trust. It cannot lead you to a wrong path, it cannot lead you to a wrong decision. In fact, there is no 'wrong'. It does not exist, we wish you to cancel this from your vocabulary.

We simply bring you a selection, if you like. When you are in a restaurant, and they bring you a selection of foods and you choose which one you want to eat first and which one you want to eat second, and which one.. perhaps it has chocolate on it, you want to save for last. It is as simple as that. Choose how you wish to respond, and based on that choice, that decision, we will bring you others and it really is no more complicated than that. So we would say to you, live each moment fully. Do not think of the future. You cannot know it. We cannot know it because we cannot know how you will respond to the choices that we bring you. That is why when many of you come to this channel for answers, you are at first a little confused and perhaps disappointed because you are looking for certainties, for answers that we cannot give you. Remember that the only certainty you need is your trust, absolute certainty in your own divinity, in your connection with us through that.

So they, very briefly, are the three stumbling blocks that all humans come across as they work towards their own divinity, and these stumbling blocks can really cause tremendous delay and a great amount of fear. So if you know that these are part of your moving forward, they are the lessons and the gifts to enable you to move forward, then when they appear in your life, you will be able to respond to them from your soul and not from your self and from your fears. You will not need to doubt your progress because you will understand that this is a sign of the great progress you are making. And this will enable you to connect with your joy, and enable you to move forward more quickly.

So these are the trinity of rules, and we bring them to you at this time because we wish all of those who are serious about honouring the call of their soul - recognizing their divinity - we wish to help you to move forward more quickly.

Lee: On the subject of not having right and wrong: personally, I find myself having two kinds of fears that are associated with this. Firstly, is that I'm afraid of making the wrong choice because there is always this idea that if I do not learn my lesson now, I will have to come back for more incarnations and therefore wrong in the sense that I will have to come back for more incarnations, and the second fear is that I will create negative karma which I will eventually have to pay off. Could you give some advice on that?

Lanto: Well, we wish to really remove this word 'wrong'. There is the possibility of course that if you do not fully honour the contract with your divinity and your soul within this life, you may choose to come back to honour it more fully, to learn the lessons. But there is more than one time in your life where it is appropriate to learn certain lessons. The planets will help you, as will we. Everything works together in the universe you know, to bring you a lesson. When it is most opportune to learn it, when everything is supporting you to learn it. If you choose not to learn it at that time then the planets will come round again. The only difference is that the lesson will be a little more urgent, a little more difficult. But there is no saying that just because you do not learn a lesson once that you are automatically required to come back again. Remember that the planets move, some of them very slowly but some of them very quickly. And the transits in these planets and asteroids occur on a very regular basis

Indeed and they are there to help you. They understand that sometimes you will need to dip your toe in the water to test, to see if it's too cold, or if it's too dangerous, or uncomfortable. But they will come round again and again, and with your increasing joy comes your increasing trust in your own divinity, your increasing awareness. And so this too helps you because the more you understand the lesson, the more you are able to work through the fears: resolve them and release them so that the lesson can be learned.

And on to karma. Well, this is a worry for some of you and we understand this. But karma can be created in an instant. It can also be cleared in an instant: a great deal of karma. So we ask you again not to worry for this. Simply connect with your divinity. Learn to love yourself. If you love yourself it is much more difficult for you to create bad karma, as you might say. It is not a happy expression, we do not like to use it. But by reconnecting with your divinity; by learning to love yourself, it might become more difficult to create this negative karma, but it also becomes very, very much easier to create good karma, to release old karma. So can you see that we come full circle. The answer to all of this is to love and honour your soul; to love yourself; to answer the call of your soul, to recognize the divine within you, because then it is far more difficult, far less likely, to engage in the negative and much easier, of course, to engage and celebrate the positive and to create the positive.

Lee: Finally, could you share with us an affirmation which can help us to remember our own divinity?

Lanto:

I am divine. I am perfect as I am. I trust profoundly that through the honouring of my divinity, my soul and my guides and helpers in Spirit will bring me all of the lessons I need to release the energy which no longer serves me, and will bring me opportunities to create abundance in all things because I am divine. I am perfect. I am worthy.

And that is an affirmation which would be most powerful for many of you. Of course, for those who feel slightly uncomfortable with it, play with it. Again, it is your choice - it is your free will here - we will not interfere with it. The important thing about an affirmation is that you must be able to say it comfortably and quickly and easily, and that when you say it you feel the perfection, you feel the divinity, you feel able to honour your soul - not always because sometimes the self will be very strong. But play with the affirmation. We use 'play' here in the way that children play. Play with it, play with it until it feels right for you. Play with it until it triggers an expanse of your heart chakra, then you will know that the affirmation is perfect for you. But this perhaps would be an excellent starting point for many of you.

Lanto: Well, we must thank you. It would be impossible for us to do our work without souls such as yourself, so we thank you all. We thank those who have taken the time to download this.
