Hi Everybody,
 
I would like to ask for all your thought and good wishes and any power you can send to David the loan man.
 
I found an extremely wonderful house, its out of my price range.  We like the house so much I decided to try to buy it.  It's out of my price range, but we happened upon this house like it was meant to be.......so I decided to go for it.
 
Its not likely I can get the loan for this house unless a "miracle" happens.
 
Please could you all help make my dream happen!!
 
I'm so appreciate it.

Well, I didn't get the house. 
 
I have very mixed feeling about it.
 
I have decided to get a 2nd job and save every penny from the 2nd job's paychecks and by next summer I should have a substancial down payment, let those loan people try to stop me then!!
 
In the meantime, I am moving to a bigger apartment in the same apartment complex around August 1st.  At least I'll have more space!
 
"Good things come to those who wait"   I guess its not my time yet.
