Throughout my divorce my dad was at a loss as to why the courts were so satisfied that my children in poverty while former 200K a year dad was let off paying support. Today he called and asked if I had seen this discussion, particully the one posted at 1:57 9/20
"It's hard to imagine a more fraudulent, abusive, dishonest and unconstitutional system than the Family Court system in America today. The reason this is allowed to continue is because there is so much money being made by lawyers, judges and the divorce industry in general. Just as lobbyists in Washington influence our laws to generate more money for the industries that they represent so too the American Bar Association has had a hand in creating the very laws that promote conflict in todays divorce cases. Given that these judges and government social workers have immunity from civil lawsuits just allows them to be secure in their bias as they cannot be held accountable on any level. There is, I believe a conspiracy in the court system to use custody of our children as leverage to obtain Federal funds in the form of Title IV-D Welfare for the various states. While they're quick to use "best interests of the children" as a veil for what in actuality is the best financial interest of the state. To the general public who have not had the misfortune of dealing with Family Court the assumption when they hear of any Father who has lost custody is that they probably deserved to lose custody over some misconduct when the reality is something quite different. I would say the vast majority of our "non-custodial parents" are decent honest hardworking caring Fathers and to a lesser extent Mothers that have simply fallen victim to a system desperate to obtain Federal dollars by any means necessary. As any good detective will tell you when attempting to solve a "crime", to follow the money. Once one figures out that our courts have a financial incentive to create a "non-custodial parent" then the conclusion is obvious. As a Father who has lost his family to this abusive system I have to sympathize with Mr. Baldwin. I firmly belive that an enormous social injustice is taking place every day in America that will have far reaching devastating effects on our society"
