THEN as the Judge was asking questions, I was able to tell him about the stalking and what has been going on. The Judge changed his mind about visitation. Our papers now read:

"Miss"--- the child shall reside with the Applicant.

"mr"--- No parenting time

It's done. I don't need to worry about the well being of my daughter when she is with her father.. because she will never be. Even though we went to court awhile ago, I am still in a daze.

Soooooooooooooooooooo HAPPY for you!! You must feel the biggest sense of relief! My divorce became final on Friday and I am happy with the agreement too, we have a D11, so I know how good I feel and am thinking you are right there with me!!
