You might try to get the N arrested for his ?illegal occupation. A bit underhanded I know and likely quite difficult a task.

 

I'm glad there's supervised visitation. N dad will likely act like father of the year.

 

I wish there was more hope in these situations. Legally is the only way because the N will say that you are 'painting devils on the walls' and he really loves his son and you are jealous because he has found somebody else.

 

the cold truth is that he will do anythign to see you destroyed because of what you know.

 

Many mothers are not able to get supervised visitation and usually the courts opinion is that a child should not be kept from his father.

 

 

Try reading some of the other posts regarding depositions (asking your attorney if you should be present during his, and video it), mediation, and how to gather info. Good Luck

Thank you...and yes I have been trying to get this idiot arrested on everything. I have a PI and have been trying to depose him...I am in the process...and it is so funny that you said he is trying to be the best father ever..cause he is...because his momma told him to...interesting...as of last week he was ready to walk if I dropped child support and YES damn it I am willing to do anything..but then he talked to his mom and his mom said she raised him better then that and he had better step up to the plate and be a dad...so  now I am in this for the long hall...What the hell
