Dear everyone please help me for this,

I have divorced with him for nearly 7 years, he has alway hassling me....

Now he apply for the court order to have more contact with his 8 years old son again, also he is trying to stop me taking my son to visit my family who live aboard.

 

I can't remember is it the court order (we been to court too many times),

But about over 1 month ago I inform him that he can talk to his son on mobile phone

(Before that he calls my landline every day, I managed to let my son talk to him 2 or 3 times a week)....but it has stopped because

1.We were moving, the landlord is selling his house but unfortunately we still can't find anywhere to go

2.The telephone (the one he gave us many years ago, while he was trying to get me back)..is broken....I don't think to buy a new one until I know where we are moving

3.I feel much better when I don't know that he ringing us every day

(he is stalking me, use his contact to upset me and the most he keeps asking my son about my baby's father...which we convinced him that he is living with us, which he isnt....never see me over 2 years ago)

3 days ago he tapped on the door at about 9:10 pm, I was in bed with my baby.

I went see him through the window, saw him took the rubbish bag that I left it at the front door put into the back of his car while his brother started the engine waiting further away from my house.

I called the police, they came talk to me 1 hour later,

(there are lots of old documents about my benefits in the rubbish bag, )

 

Today I am going to see my solicitor again, but I am alone here,

and I am not English, I am not very good to describe in English what he has done to me and what's make me so stress and depressed.

 

But I want to ask my solicitor to help me get' injunction' ?

and it would be so grate if we don't have 'telephone contact' from him

Do you think I could win this?....

As I used to give him this contact before..
