Yes.
The 'part austistic' is where the 'N simply cannot learn about a very impotant part of life, called love
As normal loving folk, love is something that we treasure,
Why do we treasure it so much?
Simply because without love, life doesn't make much sense.
Whereas the autistic child doesn't respond to certain stimuli..
The 'N cannot learn why love is deep and important to normal people
Maybe it is a clinical thing?
The 'N sees love as a way to exploit others and plays with them cruelly
And that is what we find repulsive and so alien, as loving people.
Love has ethics and it's own moral entity!
Most of us keep within those boundaries
But the 'Ns have no morals where love is concerned.
They can function in society and that is another reason they are difficult to pick
So the comparison above, although worlds apart can be made..
The part of the brain/mind of the 'N preventing the understanding of true love
Maybe similar in function to the same lack in the mind of the autistic child
