Well Ladies the last few months I could not have endured with out each and everyone of you!

 

I do want to give special thanks to Aegiss and Annieashley1 for being such good friends and giving me all of that extra support that I needed off of this board.  The both of you knew when I was truly struggeling and you both were so very supportive,  Thank YOU!

 

Just an update before this site closes.  The N and I went to court on Tuesday regarding the last Protection Order that I filed against him.  We came to an agreement that I would drop the Protection Order and he would agree to NO CONTACT.  I wasn't really happy with this at first.  BUT....When the Judge looked at him he said "N you understand that right now you are on the Honor System and if you contact this woman in anyway she is instructed by me to come file another Protection Order.  I will be VERY INCLINED to sign yet another Protection Order only this time it will be for a LIFETIME, no questions asked."

 

Can any one say Woooo Hoooo??????  I sure can!  NO CONTACT was the ultimate goal here and I got it.  And N don't like it.  This was my Holiday weekend and he sent the police over here claiming I was refusing visitation....lol.  I showed the police my paperwork and they sent N on his grumpy way.  I walked back in the house and when I saw his car drive by I could just feel him glaring at me.  lol heheheheheheheheehehehehehe

 

It feels so good to finally be the one that truly has the power and control and if you go to court enough times the Judge will give it to you!  Oh I must tell you that all of the Voice Recording and Video Recording did pay off.  Fortunately for me I didn't have to present it nor did I have to testify in court this time.  

 

Having N on the Honor System for NO CONTACT for a lifetime is much better than a Protection Order for 1 year.  God really moved mountains for me here.  I want to thank all of the people in this Forum that kept insisting on NO CONTACT.  It truly does work!  I can finally get my life back now!

 

I do want to say a short farewell to you all.  I won't be joining you on the new board.  I really believe I've gotten a belly full here!
