thanks so much for checking on me. I did okay. Not feeling on top of the world yet, kind of sad it's done and over. Kind of empty. But totally resigned to the fact that I need to do NC for my son's sake. We had subs tonight and watched an old Andy Griffith. Now I am going to listen to my son talk about his day before bed. An autistic kid's day kind of stinks, it's hard for him to be around people all day, wanting friends and not knowing what to do.

Kim, Glad you can listen to your son but... for NC to work in the long run there may need to be other things too, You have to get quite selfish for a bit and do things YOU like to do. Just for yourself. Think of it as recharging your battery. You'll burn out if you don't think of yourself. |
