It is hot... very hot today as stood waiting for Il Divo to arrive on stage. The woman are screaming, something probably not witnessed since Elvis. I am wondering what all the fuss is about, then in the distance a classic car with four, very well groomed men come into focus and the sreaming gets louder!
Il Divo, four exceptional young men with trained voices have taken the pop/opera world by storm. They look smooth and sound even smoother. The band was born in December 2003 and the name Il Divo means in Italian "Divine performer" or "male Diva". They have that right !
Reflecting a multinational character of the group all the songs are not sung in English, some in Spanish and Italian but mainly focus on love.
After looking at the adoring gazes of their women fans they are singing about the right things !
