This isn't a job anymore it has become pleasure! The band are more like family and I'll be notching up my 18th Hayseed Dixie gig next week. I'm no super crazy fan, just someone who loves music and these men are THE best live musicians I have ever seen, and I'm not just saying that!

The best thing about seeing them continually tour the length and breadth of the UK is the expressions on HD virgins faces,  when they experience the band for the first time. I am sure back home in the USA bluegrass (or rockgrass) bands are everywhere, but over here we haven't experienced anything like it. They are now so successful, they are having their own second festival up in Scotland at the end of the month in Ullapool, cleverly titled Loopallu!

What makes the band stand out from the rest is the fact that they are so accessable to the fans. When Wheeler says at the start of the night, that afterwards they will meet you and have several beers ... they mean it!
